Whatsapp you know allows multiple users to make voice or video calls. To do this, however, users should start an individual conversation and then invite new users to this meeting. This means that users will perform a few steps to start a group conversation. WhatsApp eliminates this problem with a small interface update.

In WhatsApp beta 2.18.110.17 for iOS, the company is adding a search button to group chats. Tap this button, users come up with a list of group members. Users can start voice or video calls by selecting a maximum of three people from this list. Thus, initiating a group meeting becomes much faster and simpler than before.

However, users cannot add any people in the group to the conversation they will launch. In order for a contact to be added to the call, the person who initiated the call must be registered in the phone book. However, the feature is currently only available for iOS beta. Therefore, users who use stable version of WhatsApp beta or Android beta or stable version users cannot access this feature.
